Full-Time Customer Care / VA Rockstar Wanted for Long Term Position

The Role:
Customer Service
Web research
Assisting with social media updates, marketing and promotions
Generate reports
Moderate web comments

Work Schedule:
Flexible working hours Monday - Friday, between 10 am - 5 pm (Philippines time)
On call every 2nd weekend up to 3 hours daily, to check and respond to urgent customer inquiries morning, afternoon and evening.
Available for a 15-20 min stand up meeting daily at 9 am PST (Monday-Thursdays)
Available for a weekly team meeting 9 am Wednesdays PST

General Requirements:
Equipment - Laptop or home computer less than 5 years old with a strong reliable internet connection.
Tools - Skype with good quality audio and video communication.
Home office - Private workspace.

Talent and Experience Required:
- Excellent Communication and English Skills (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service with VA experience
- Detailed oriented
- Exceptional organization
- Continuous learner
- Problem solver
- Internet Savvy
- MS Word & Excel

- Very detail oriented ensuring no details are forgotten
- Excellent organizer and administrator
- A teachable attitude, and confidence to use new skills
- Has the ability to ask questions for clarity when needed

- Can work remotely, unsupervised and stay motivated.
