Looking for Wordpress and HTML developer

We are looking for a developer that can:

- modify Wordpress themes
- create HTML templates based on webpage designs (Photoshop/Illustrator)

In more detail, as a developer, you should :
- have experience with using CSS, Javascript
- have experience in backing up Wordpress sites
- have experience in modifying Wordpress themes
- adding/changing .css files to include specific designs that we want, inside the Wordpress websites

You should have at least 2 years experience in programming.
