Must have experience with Live Chat or Customer Support

Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 PHP per month + bonuses

Duties include:

Process orders with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and courtesy

Communicate with outstanding written and verbal skills to customers through both customer initiated and pro-active chat interactions

Rapidly perform online research to answer customer questions and concerns

Handle and resolve escalated customer issues

Offer exceptional sales and product knowledge

Interact with and assist up to 3 customers simutaneously

Excellent selling and communication skills

Experience working in a contact center environment using Live Chat software

Ability to listen attentively to others and be able to articulate problem resolution

Strong typing skills

Must be a team player and have the ability to multi-task

Call center experience preferred

2+ years using Live Chat Preferred

Knowledge of the internet landscape, especially e-commerce.
