JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing international retail company looking for a well-rounded Virtual Assistant (VA) passionate about converting ideas into meaningful products. This role is responsible for utilizing consumer and market insights in developing highly competitive products for a global brand. This is a full-time home-based position that requires high level of resourcefulness and organization.

So what does it take to qualify for this role?

- A Bachelor's Degree in Research, Business Management, Marketing, and other related courses
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge about the keto lifestyle and its benefits
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Experience in product blueprint and design development as well as product branding
- Exemplary communication and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness and knowledge on the retail industry
- Ability to generate insights, come up with new ideas, and execute them smoothly
- Ability to drive results according to assigned KPIs
- Eagerness to outperform oneself and constantly innovate
- Ability to effectively collaborate with shareholders and leaders
- A strong desire to continuously learn new things and develop new skills
- A home office with a strong and reliable internet connection

What will you be accountable for?

1) Understanding the company’s goals and business objectives
2) Assessing market demand, consumer and competitor insights, and preferences and coming up with detailed action plans and recommendations
3) Identifying key requirements and specifications in developing new products and enhancing existing products
4) Assessing potential product profitability and predicting product performance in the marketplace
5) Collaborating with market researchers, graphic designers, supply agents, and digital marketers in developing the product blueprint and guidelines, preparing product designs, identifying materials for manufacturing, guaranteeing good product quality, and coming up with strategies in launching products and ensuring positive market performance
6) Studying sales data and product reviews and ascertaining the biggest issues on quality, usability, instructions, and other areas that generate negative feedback from customers and addressing them as needed
7) Distinguishing and noting positive aspects of the product based on customer reviews and ensuring they’re consistently incorporated across products and demonstrated in corresponding images
8) Coming up with actionable insights and recommendations that may include improving of product quality and packaging, expanding product offerings, and managing product performance in the market
9) Regularly monitoring and forecasting marketing and sales trends and keeping an eye out for best practices
10) Staying abreast of new innovations in product and brand management and finding new ways to meet the needs of a changing marketplace
11) Actively initiating and participating in workflow improvement
