Full-time Virtual Assistant - 40 hrs Per Week

I am looking for someone who would like ongoing, full time hours as a VA. We are a small training and coaching company in Australia.

1. Excellent English speaking and writing
2. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator skills and software on your computer
3. Video editing experience
4. Wordpress website editing
5. MS Office - word, powerpoint

Desirable (you can learn this if you have the above):
1. Thrive Themes experience in wordpress
2. Facebook Page Admin experience
3. Email marketing - building emails in Agile CRM or similar (mailchimp)

We use Google Drive, Filmora, Agile CRM. If you are computer literate and able to learn via just trying, trial and error, and watching the training videos, these systems are easy to pick up.

Hours would be 9 - 5 Phillipines time. These hours are guaranteed. In your application, please mention:

The role involves
- Build and maintain flyers in InDesign on our existing template
- Some work in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Build and update landing pages in Thrive on Wordpress
- Maintain a Wordpress website (update and add content, including building pages)
- Some data entry/management in a cloud based CRM (Agile CRM)
- Help to create email campaigns in Agile CRM (we can teach you)

You would work in a small and very friendly team, with business owner based in Australia, with Skype contact. Hours are tracked on Time Dr, please do not apply if you do not wish to use this software.

There is only email contact with clients occasionally in this role, and you would be very valued in this little company. You will not be expected to write content, just post and build things that others have written.

I am looking for someone that proof reads their own work, tests their landing page links and emails before they go live to customers, and can work between 9am and 5pm on +800 timezone (Philippines, Hong Kong, Perth). Many tasks are on a short timeframe so it is not really an option to bump things until the next day, so I really need someone who will do the hours they say they are going to do.

I understand that there are power outages and internet difficulties. Please let me know if, when this happens, you will be able to make up the time missed outside of 9 - 5 hours.

We will provide a training period in this role of 40 hours and the rate during this time will be $2.50 AU, however if you already know our systems and software, this will be shorter.
