We are looking for a highly-motivated and fun individual who is ready to join our technical and design team, help us scale, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Our intent is to grow our outsourced support team but our immediate skill need is for a candidate with a blend of tech and design skills already, or prepared to become, skilled in the array of tech/design/social media tools that we currently use in our business. The ideal candidate will have not only technical skills but also a keen eye for design aligned with our brand.

Our toolbox includes WordPress administration/plugin management/theme expertise, InfusionSoft, Amazon S3 Web Services, Audacity audio editing, Photoshop, Canva, InstantTeleseminar, Slack, Voxer, Final Cut Pro, Facebook Group administration and posting, Vimeo, Microsoft Office, Google Apps, iMember360, HTML/CSS tweaking, GotoWebinar, Zoom, SweetProcess and PlusThis. We are prepared to provide training in specific tools and/or standard operating procedures where necessary.

The successful candidate must be extremely detailed-oriented and willing to learn and grow on a career track with compensation based on their contribution to the team and the business.

The successful applicant will:

report to our Chief Innovation and Technical Officer
have excellent English communication skills
be willing to continue to learn, develop skills and take on increasing responsibility
thrive working autonomously
be driven by results and focused on measurable outcomes including KPIs
maintain a high attention to detail, quality and high accuracy levels
Assist in the preparation of technical and design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in SweetProcess as part of their role

The initial core responsibilities and outcomes for this role include:

download weekly training calls from InstantTeleseminar and eventually Zoom
edit audio files with Audacity and add intro and outro bumpers
Upload audio files to Amazon AWS maintaining folder management and access permissions specification
Upload video files to Vimeo and set standard settings
source and edit corresponding graphic images in templated files with brand alignment in Photoshop or Canva
post training resources as WordPress Portfolio entries with appropriate tags, categories and access rights set in the WP administrative backend
Test and verify quality of postings
post updates to Facebook private groups of availability
document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Other duties as your knowledge and capabilities grow...

We have an office in Davao so our preference is for a candidate from this area.

We are demanding but reward high performers based on the value they provide. A probationary period to gauge performance will be required. We envision this role quickly moving to full time for the right individual.
