Part-time job offer for a Creative Blog Writer / Social Media manager with SEO knowledge

Hi there!

I am hiring an assistant for the property side of our business.

I have made a video that explain a little more what you would be doing for me + you can quickly get an idea of my personality and style.
Since i orginally tried to find someone full time to do the above AND doing the property research for me, but no one came back with good writing skills, i've decided to post a job offer just for a content writer.

ABOUT ME:
- I’m a property investor and entrepreneur based in London in the UK.
- I have been in business for 6 years and I have 4 different companies
- I am a busy man as I need to make sure all my companies do well
- I move fast & I expect the people that work with me to be the same
- I am loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
- I give bonuses for results (great results will make me money and you should be rewarded for that)

ABOUT THE POSITION:
- Write articles for me & posting them on our websites
- Handle social media postings
- Do a lot of online research about our business (property / shared workspace economy in the UK)
- Doing SEO on our website
- Learning about Online marketing (Wordpress / FB)
- Work 4 hours a day / 5 days a week

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
- Will pay daily for the first week / then Friday in area every 2 week
- Will pay bonuses for results
- Will pay 13th month bonus
- We give increase based on performance
- Every month you work you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick day or vacation days (12 days per year)
- These are the paid holidays: New Year’s day / Good Friday / Independence Day / All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 days)
