Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for an accounts payable specialist to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Salary: Probation Period: Php15,000-20,000, Salary adjustment based on performance after probation period

Benefit: Employee meals and housing

Job Description:
--Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with company policies and Standard Operation Procedures
--Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, and recording accounts receivables’ data
--Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
--Able to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekend and holidays on rotation basis

Job Qualification:
--Computer literate (knowledge in MS Office Application)
--Good command of both written and spoken English
--Shall perform other related tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
--Preferable with accounting or finance experience but fresh graduates are encourage to apply
--Must be honest, keen to details and result-oriented
--Self-starter and can work under pressure
