Php JavaScript Coder mysql

we need someone that can build out our webpage interfaces
We need a JavaScript developer to help us to design components like forms, datagrids and calendars to be used in our large system.

The developer must be able to create CanJS components with fixtures that will be used in a PHP application.

Must have skills:

JavaScript ES6
CanJS 6 (prior versions would be alright). We can talk if you know other JS frameworks but the job must be delivered on CanJS, no time to discuss tools.
CSS and modern page design
