JOB OVERVIEW

Approved Property Group are an independent property management company specialising in the provision of Serviced Accommodation in England.

We provide a range of home from home apartments that rival the traditional hotel room.

We are looking for an exceptional Rooms Revenue Manager to drive the rooms selling strategy for Approved Serviced Apartments.

This role will be responsible for tactical initiatives relating to maximising rooms revenue at. There will be the opportunity to set strategic direction, determine pricing, create promotions, and explore new distribution opportunities.

The Rooms Revenue Manager will have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable communicating strategies at a senior management level. They will possess the ability to gain support for pricing strategies, basing them on evidence and will be able to implement creative strategies to increase hotel
profits.

Working closely with The Management Company on strategy, this is a pro-active role that requires an individual with confidence in their decision-making abilities, and the capability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

They must be able to demonstrate success working in a similar role, possessing excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work. They will preferably be degree educated whilst Microsoft Office skills are essential, specifically Excel together with knowledge of Online Travel Agents, Reservation Systems and channel management/distribution tools. Written and verbal communication skills are paramount and the ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving.

Must have proven experience in revenue management in the hospitality sector.
