JOB OVERVIEW

We are an online school looking for a customer service master who can also code HTML, JS, Python and Ruby.

At our school, you will answer student questions about HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby, Rails and Python. If you only know 3 of the 4 languages above that could be ok, as some training is available depending on the candidate. I'm expecting that you have AT LEAST 6 months experience with each of these languages if you are going to apply. I'd love to see a portfolio, Github or code examples if possible.

Responsibilities
Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service regarding our HTML, CSS, JS, Python and Ruby code
Keeps active in the Slack chat room daily
Taking on additional projects and duties as needed
Grade homework for students in Ruby, and Python
This position is off-site where you can work remotely

Qualifications
Must write and speak fluent English

Skills
Ability to code basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, or Rails.

Experience with Gsuite, 1Password, Mailchimp, Wordpress, YouTube, Asana, Evernote, Keynote, or Photoshop is a plus

After the first 30 days of working together there will be an opportunity for a paid training session to teach you additional HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You can learn more about our company at www.onemonth.com

How to Apply for the Job:
a) I will prioritize any emails I get with the subject "#htmlrubypython!". It's important that if you send me this email you can also write some basic HTML.

b) Look at the coding languages and tools I have listed under "skills" (above). Next to each please put the # of years experience you have with each.

c) Send me a link to your portfolio or Linked In if you have one

We have a pretty casual, 20-40 year old audience, tone and culture. So our style if fairly modern, and hip. Ie. there is no need to write me with an excessively formal tone, if you know what I mean :)
