I am looking for a full time assistant to help with all tasks related to social media marketing with a strong emphasis on YouTube and video marketing.

Tasks include:

Curating and posting content that I produce
Finding content ideas
Creating and/ or sourcing content
Editing raw videos
Optimizing for rank
Optimizing for SEO
Responding to comments and questions
Monitoring competing or similar sites
Creating ads
Optimizing for conversions, tracking, running split tests.


YouTube:

Editing - intro/outro, sound, links,
Thumbnail Creation
Tagging (keywords)
Transcribing
Optimizing title description and message for search
Monetizing
Adding Annotations and bubbles
Creating Playlists
Creating and producing Creative Commons videos
Responding to comments
Monitoring, Liking and commenting on other similar videos
Following “Influencers” on YouTube
Learning and utilizing new techniques to get views and subscribers
