Job scope:
- personal assistant, including regular administrative/secretarial work*
- content updates and basic changes and uploads for ecommerce website running on magento
- manage products, inventory and customer databases for ecommerce website
- internet research
- recruit and liaise with service providers eg accountant, corp sec, graphic designer, copywriters
- set up and maintain social media pages and accounts
- source images
- simple bookkeeping
- any other tasks that may arise which do not require a high degree of specialisation
*Regular administrative/secretarial work includes transcription, minute taking, email management, calendar management, social media management, appointment setting, task list management, follow-ups and daily reports
Manage e commerce store, simple uploads, content and image updates, product specification updates, SEO tag updates, inventory updates
Additional Required skills
- Native / fluent English. Also required to write to third party suppliers and customers
- non specialised knowledge of digital marketing techniques
- graphic design skills would be a plus
- full ms office proficiency including word, excel and powerpoint
