Video Editing Expert Needed - Ongoing Work if Job Is Done Well..

I'm looking for a very special individual - someone with a wide range of skills related to video editing, who can handle video marketing tasks so I can focus on my different projects.

Here is some background about my business:

I have been in the Network Marketing/Internet Marketing/ Video marketing business for a year now. But more and more these days, I find myself technical little jobs that take up all my time - so I'd like a person that can handle video editing for me so I will have more time for other tasks.

If I like your proposal, I will first offer you some smaller projects to see how you work and how well you can understand what I'm looking for, without me having to micro-manage.

When I have a task with a date, you must be available to send me a report, an email with the tasks that you have accomplished that day (I don't want to wait 1 to 2 days to be updated on a job's progress).

You must be able to work unsupervised - without much direction from me. I will tell you what I want through video, but I don't want to get too evolved in all the details.
