Vertual PA duties
> eventually use VOYP telephone system, do you have good internet connection?
answering emails and dealing with orders and enquiries
> Fill the enquiry spreadsheet
> completing booking forms
> taking orders
> managing orders and quotes
> do skype (or similar) wedding cake consultations with brides and ask relevant questions

Marketing Duties
> update social media daily
> social media
> have a phone you can put instagram on and link to all other social media
mail chimp
> manage orders from instagram, facebook, emails
> Website changes and updates
> Some SEO duties (i can train you on this)
