JOB OVERVIEW

We are a rapidly expanding US based e-commerce business that is looking for a qualified individual to become a PPC Digital Marketing Expert that can help our business continue to grow long term.

This position is going to be a critical part of our business. You will be expected to do a variety of tasks and be good at all of them. This is a full time position, so we are looking for a full time commitment.

You will be starting off working remotely from your house or wherever is convenient. Then, in the coming months, we will be moving everything into a physical office space that you will be reporting to everyday for work.

We are looking for a qualified individual who is proficient and fluent in English. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required. Somebody who is expert in SEO/SEM and PPC (advertising/promotion).

Below are a list of some of the initial duties and responsibilities you will be expected to be able to work with. The scope of the job will expand as we grow as well.

• Work closely with the Lead Project Manager to execute all strategies to improve products, overall brand presentation, and sales on all sales channels (Amazon, eBay, Bonanza, Website etc).
• Define PPC strategy for all the sales channel.
• Analysis of keyword search volumes to identify strong keywords for campaigns.
• Keyword research to establish strong buying keywords.
• Monitoring competitors pay per click campaigns and reporting on keywords being targeted.
• Leverage Amazon digital marketing analytics to adjust PPC campaigns, listings optimization/adjustment and make recommendations.
• Help develop custom, product-specific ranking and promotional strategies to help product listing rise in the rankings, boost traffic, conversions and generate more sales.
• Manage large scale PPC and shopping campaigns across Google, Amazon – and manage all paid search advertising campaigns.
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve ROI and performance.
• Use key programs such as Google Adwords and Google Analytics to analyze and report on all PPC campaigns for all products on all sales channel throughout the year.
• Optimize all PPC activity, including bid management, copywriting and competitor benchmarking.
• Landing page testing and optimization.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends across PPC and Paid Media.
• Edit and review all ad campaign copy and text to ensure it delivers the maximum ROI.
• Manage a significant Paid Media budget, ensuring maximum ROI is achieved and the right audience is targeted.
• Manage all aspects of Royal Supply PPC campaigns, including bid management, ad copy creation, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
• Stay on top of the latest PPC trends and updates – using your knowledge to predict and prepare for future changes
• Implement appropriate A/B testing to ensure the correct methods and tools are being used to achieve maximum ROI
• Analyze all PPC and Paid Media activity and create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Plan and implement successful email marketing campaigns using our existing customer database.
• Build out our customer database along with potential customers we can market to.
• Have regular meetings with management to ensure the Paid Media strategy is successfully hitting targets and delivering sufficient ROI.

Key requirements of the role:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns and developing PPC strategies.
• Up to date knowledge of Google analytics and various digital marketing software
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Be an expert in using Google Adwords and Analytics to analyze and improve PPC campaign performance.
• Experience of managing multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously.
• A good working knowledge of the complete digital marketing mix, particularly SEO/SEM and Social Media with proven track record in implementing PPC and Paid Media campaigns that deliver a large ROI.
• Have experience in implementing Paid Media campaigns across key platforms, including Google, Amazon, eBay and Facebook.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Have a Google Adwords Certification/ Bing certification a plus.
• The ability to successfully implement new PPC campaigns and achieve excellent ROI for all products on all sales channel.
• Have experience in blogging and a good working knowledge of how PPC can work alongside Content, SEO/SEM and Social Media.
