Hiring: iOS+Android developer for a simple project!

Hey dear,

I am looking for an Android and iOS developer for a simple mobile app.

This is what I need in the app:

- Push notifications < will be send from a page hosted on my server!
- Home page < will list last items with pictures and how many views
- Item page < it will be like a quiz, question and answers listed below! Each quiz has more than 1 question..
- When you finish quiz, display a popup about score < everything will be return from a PHP API, so no worries about this 3rd party API, it is already developed by ME :D
- THAT's ALLLLLL!

Please review what I wrote above and if you see yourself you can do it with android or ios, or both! just let me know!

I am so interested to people who will do it with friendly prices! I am a developer too and this is a personal app and I know about apps development pricing ;)
