Appointment Setter Real Estate

In search of a Real Estate Appointment Setter who can pull leads, scrub leads using RedX platform and MOJO Dialer in calling and managing follow up with the ability of setting appointments of potential seller leads for Real Estate team located in Pacific Standard Time. These leads are Expired Listing and For Sale By Owner's

Tasks would include the following

Log into Redx daily with a set time making phone calls for 2 hours per day Monday thru Friday Pacific Standard time with the ability to make calls in the evenings and weekends.

Part time to start-10 hours per week=40 hours per month
I am looking for someone that wants to grow with the company and can commit to a full time position.

The ultimate Goal is to schedule 10 appointments per week with motivated sellers.

HOW WE GET THERE
Using the Redx system the candidate will be calling prospects on a daily basis. If the candidate cannot reach the seller they shall alternate times they call until they can reach the seller and speak with them direct. This may include evenings and/or weekends.

Must have the ability to call US Time Zone. 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. PST

Ask the seller if they are interested in selling. A script will be provided.
Provide a daily log sheet with seller information
Follow Up system. Must have the ability to follow up and be organized in daily workflow
Schedule appointments.

Required Additional Skillsets:
2+ years experience in Call Center, Telemarketing
Background/knowledge in Real Estate Industry
Command of the English Language a must
Excellent phone skills
Ability to follow directions
Ability to time block and also multi-task
Ability to get the job done without a lot of oversight
Resourceful: I need someone that knows how to do research and pull other types of seller leads such as accessing Public Records.

Systems Requirements, Tools:
Laptop with high speed Internet connection
Experience using RedX or other related realestate software program
Experience using MOJO Dialer
Experience in importing and exporting leads
Dropbox
