Senior Business / Project Manager - Web Industry

I'm looking for an experienced business or project manager to help run a web company. You will have a great amount of responsibility to drive the business and manage a team of remote workers.

The successful candidate will have 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in a management role, and have demonstrated knowledge of the web industry.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Business and marketing planning/strategy
- Developing sales & fulfilment processes
- Hiring and managing workers
- Day to day management of workers and projects

You will need to have initiative and the motivation to excel in this role.
