• Video Support Agent •

This job is full time - 40 hours per week and will require:

1. Writing perfect English (zero spelling or grammatical errors)


2. Answer written support requests for various software products


3. Make regular posts on these product blogs (tutorials, updates etc)


4. Create regular screen-capture/camtasia style videos where you talk users through using the software product.


5. You need to speak English fluently and understandably


6. Have experience using (and setting up) WordPress

The starting salary is $400/month and goes up depending on performance. I pay monthly through paypal (I cover the fees), allow all major Philippine holidays plus 2 weeks of bookable holidays as well.
