Architect/House plan designer

I'm looking for an architect/designer with experience in Revit, Chief Architect, Soft plan or similar software to help me develop a portfolio of stock house plans. I plan to setup a new site to sell stock plans and offer custom modifications to the stock plans as well as custom designs.

I've been outsourcing the Philippines for 8 years now. I currently have several VA's that help me with my online retail business. There is a construction boom in my area, but a big lack of people that can produce a good house plan at a decent price. I'd like to take advantage of the market opportunity and give someone the opportunity to develop professionally. If you are interested please send me a message with the requested items below.

The ideal applicant should:
-Communicate very well in English (Both written and verbal)
-Be highly proficient in using Revit or similar software.
-Have access to a computer, the internet, and design software
-Be willing and able to communicate directly with owner-builders and general contractors in the US
-Marketing, sales, WordPress/blog/website development knowledge are all a big plus

I'd ideally like to find someone with an entrepreneurial attitude that would be my business partner in this venture. I'll take all the financial risk and provide a guaranteed income and give you the opportunity to earn a wage and develop a business.
