For this position, you will be primarily maintaining product listings on www.innocinema.com with occasionally assisting with various sales & customer service tasks on a case-by-case (On Call) basis.
Innocinema is a corporation catering to high-end, (B2B) professionals working in large-scale movie and video production. Innocinema offers retail sales and rental services for over 35,000 products and integration services to the local Atlanta, GA USA area.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Website Product Catalog Management
• Maintain product listings on www.innocinema.com (Magento backend) by adding new products and updating existing products.
- Maintain long and short descriptions, photos, prices and categories.
• Work directly with vendors to obtain most recent price sheets and promotions
- Format vendor price sheets in Excel to work with automation standards.
Customer Service
• Answering the phone and taking messages as needed on a case-by-case (On Call) basis
• Use our in-house CRM (Hubspot) platform for documenting leads and messages
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Proficient in Adobe CC - Photoshop
• Must know Basic HTML (for the purpose of formatting product listings on website)
• Possesses professional organization, data entry, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Has ability to learn quickly and be flexible in a changing environment.
• Works well independently as well as collaboratively.
• Is creative and open-minded into making this a fun and exciting learning experience.
