Virtual Assistant

Duties will include but are not limited to:
-Creation of all Social Media Accounts
-Web Research and Data Entry for creation of sales lead database
-You will be drilling down into websites looking for staff directories and contact information
-Contact and Company data entry into HubSpot CRM (activity will be reported through this system)
-Develop a deep understanding of my business so you can grow into a project manager role as we grow
-Email & social media marketing experience is a plus
-We use SCRUM to project management so familiarity with it is a big plus - https://www.scrum.org/resources/what-is-scrum
-Must be able to use, Gmail, Trello, Hubspot CRM (training available)
-Hire will be in 2 month trial period with review every week
-Must be able to meet regularly via Google Hangouts between 8am-10am US Central Standard Time (GMT-6)
-Salary will be 8,000 PHP/month (40hrs per week) **paid biweekly** for 2 month trial period and will increase to 10,000 PHP/month
