I believe that web development can be very artistic. Following best practices, using clean code which can be easily read by any new developer, while still making room for your own unique style. It's almost noble like the Samurai. Ninjas are everywhere, look to cut corners, as long as it works. I don't want that. Are you a Samurai or a Ninja?

You will be working on the following:

Collaborate on building a workflow for WP development
You will work with me to establish a framework for all our new sites to follow. Many of our sites have been built on Genesis by Studiopress and I like it. We don't like to go outside of this other than to use something like Beaver Builder for sites that may need that type of access by their user(s).

Build new WordPress sites
We have new site builds coming in every month. Design files, PSD, are provided to us, along with user requirements and content. You will build out the theme and site.

Maintenance
A few clients have retained us to manage various updates and execute additions to the site structure throughout the month.

Management
Weekly WP core and/or plugin updates
Distribute semi-automated monthly reports

Pixel Perfect PSD to HTML - THIS IS A MUST! There is NO room for anything less. Making something that is "close" does not cut it.
