I’m looking for a well organized, detail-oriented, coachable person who will make provide support for my online school, Upgrade to see actual info. I’m a creative entrepreneur who needs someone to help me with the finer details of support. I'm looking for a self-starter and problem solver that can thrive in a fast pace environment.

ABOUT ME:
I’m a traditionally published children’s book author and illustrator. I have an online business that helps children learn valuable creative skills (arts, writing, animation, etc) that will help them throughout their lives. I believe in lifelong learning and curiosity. I’m passionate about creating products and services that spark creativity and nurture personal growth. As a designer and a creative, I love what I do and value craft. ABOUT YOU:
You’re practical, compassionate, and are motivated to help our online school grow to give more children access to classes and opportunities to develop their skills. You’re steady, level-headed, and detail-oriented. You are resourceful and can find answers on your own when needed. You like taking care of the needs of other people. You are extremely reliable and trustworthy. You’re conscientious and methodical in your work. You are determined to continue working on the task at hand until it’s done.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
• Build S.O.P (Standard Operating Procedures) from online videos and handwritten diagrams.
• Uploading lessons recorded on Zoom to our online learning platform.
• Make and/or update handouts for courses.
• Build landing pages and marketing funnels according to SOPs.
• Assist customer service in resolving customer issues through email in a professional & timely manner (24-hour turnover).

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER:
I’ll set the milestones, goals, and tasks. You help me execute the functions, and document SOPs as we build the business. I need someone detail-oriented that can help with a variety of tasks so that I can focus on creating content, serving students, and developing business avenues.

WHEN SHORTLISTED:
• 3 DAYS TRAINING (15 Hours) (PAID)
• Willing to go to a co-working space with Assistant for a personal interview and test training. (PAID BY THE COMPANY)
• Candidate must be in Commonwealth, Quezon City

UPON HIRING:
• 30-Days Trial period for both parties. (I want both sides to feel it is a good fit.) You will be paid in advance for the 30 days.
• If both parties feel it is a good fit, you will undergo a probationary period of 3 months.
• If a probationary period of 3 months goes well, you will be offered a full-time, long-term job plus benefits, time-off, medical, and be eligible for a bonus.
• You will have access to a lot of training

COMPENSATION/PERKS/BENEFITS
• Bi-Monthly Payment via PayPal.
• Upon regularization, benefits such as the 13th-month bonus (paid in December), health or social care benefits, and 15 days of paid vacation days per Upgrade to see actual infoPUTER REQUIREMENTS:
• A reliable computer with camera and headset
• A readily available working backup computer
• Reliable internet and readily available working backup ISP

YOUR WORKING HOURS WILL BE
• Manila Time, Monday to Friday. We don’t work on weekends.
