New Start-up is seeking an experienced assistant with eCommerce and Amazon sales. You will ideally have a Bachelor’s degree (not essential) but priority will be given to experience, can multitask and meet strict deadlines. You have a ‘can do’ attitude, are reliable and a problem solver who can use their initiative to find solutions to new challenges. You will be an excellent communicator who possess exceptional written and spoken English skills. Importantly you have a willingness to learn and constant desire to improve yourself and exceed expectations. Excellent internet access is a must.

Daily/Weekly Tasks:
- You will help another VA in setting up the store and in selecting a product line on SaleHoo.
- Responsible for operations of eCommerce business.
- Creating new product listings, including SEO optimisation
- Maintain and improve existing product listings, including SEO optimisation
- Contribute to Social Media activity and Blogging
- Online research and selecting product lines
- Any other business related tasks that you are asked to perform
- Liaise with employer daily providing daily updates including weekly face-to-face Skype meeting

You:
- Must be fluent in English (oral and written) and grammar.
- Positive attitude and able to show initiative.
- Working knowledge of eBay, Amazon, Aliexpress, Oberlo, SEO, image editing
- Experience with Skype, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Google Drive or DropBox
- Experience with Photoshop or any other image processing tool.
- Strong in online research and analysis tasks
- Handling of negative feedback
- You should be able to learn new skills quickly
- Should be punctual in terms of daily work hours
- You will only work for our business and no other clients on the side
- Can think outside the box and can work on their own with minimal instruction

Hours:
This is a full-time job 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Time is flexible but this role requires 100% commitment. Happy for you to work with Manila time however deadlines will need to be AEST. Will be required to use Timeproof.

Salary:
upon your experience and performance. Able to renegotiate as business grows. The 13th month is included in addition to your base salary. Your salary is normally paid monthly but is negotiable, however during initial trial period will be paid weekly.
