Are YOU a Skip Trace Guru? Need experienced individual who can skip trace for Mail Marketing

We have a list source of 600 rows of excel data with owner/property information. The list includes Owners Name, Owners Address, and Property Address. We need your help updating the list per public records as described below:

1. Validate Owners 1 and/or Owner 2 First, Last names, Phone #, verify Property tax records online (county records) to validate Owner 1 and/or 2?
2. Update Owners Address
Note: Most of the time, Owner 1 = Actual owner, and Owner 2 = Holding LLC, Cover Name or Property Manager (PM).

2. Research Property Address and verify who manage the Property (Apartment)?
- Managed by PM, update PM Contact with Phone Number and Web Link
- Managed by Owner, update Owner's Phone Number and Web Link

Note: No need to verify Property Address with specific unit numbers.
