Expert PHP & WordPress Designer / Developer

JOB OVERVIEW
XsiteD is an exciting web based organization which uses cutting-edge technology to power the businesses we develop.

XsiteD is based in Brisbane, Australia and has been operating for 14 years. We are a very stable but growing business. You can feel safe and secure with us and most certainly take advantages of career advancement as the business grows.

We currently all work remotely and so this is a position for a person who is able to work unsupervised, be on time everyday and produce results. If this is not really you, then best if you seek employment elsewhere and go with our best wishes.

You need to have real experience setting up:
PHP - Developing Wireframes and bringing a project to completion
Woo Commerce and its add ons,
Active Campaign and
Thrive Themes.
Please do not bother applying if you do not have real experience working on at least two of the above mentioned apps.

OTHER IN-DEPTH REQUIREMENTS:

Experience as a Senior PHP / WordPress Developer with a US, Australian or UK based company.

Since this is a remote position, we ask that you have fast and reliable internet along with modern computer running Windows 10.
You should be available to meet via Zoom or Skype for weekly meetings. In addition to that, you must be able to communicate and work well with the team. We would rather you over communicate and constantly ask questions. It is preferred over not asking or collaborating too little.

Last but not the least, you must be self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

You would be hired as a "self-employed" contractor.

The agreed amount will be by negotiation and dependent on your skills and experience. The probation period will be 3 months. After that we will give you a pay rise and some more benefits such as vacation pay, sick pay and health insurance.
