We are looking for an experienced Logistic Staff that produces sales and has logistical experience in operations for an E-commerce business. Order fulfillment experience is required, and is crucial to the role. The greatest technical challenge for this position is understanding functional and data inter-dependencies among the various products/systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the delivery and shipment of customer orders to destinations.
- Allocating stock required to meet customer order requirements and processing deliveries
- Liaising with Freight Forwards and Shipping Agents to arrange the dispatch of customer orders
- Completing 'ready to place’ process on computer system to monitor deliveries being completed
- Liaising extensively with clients to keep them up to date with progress of orders and anticipated delivery schedule
- Managing any delivery issues that arise and ensuring all queries are fully resolved.
- Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity for merchant orders.
- Trace, track and expedite orders in Amazon and EBay.
- Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Interact with third party logistics service providers.
- Audit freight cost and documentation.

- Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned items.
- Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveries
- Ensure that all items are properly numbered and tagged.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce and sales.
• Experience with order management and shipping software a plus.
• Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
• High proficiency in computer and internet use including Microsoft Office.
• Must have excellent in English written, verbal and math skills.
• A professional who is results driven, a self-starter, customer-focused and resilient.
• Must be a team player and able to work with others.
