Politely respond to product queries and comments, and clearly communicates to customers
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries related to billing, account maintenance, payment processing and other general inquiries about the company’s products and services
Effectively answer concerns via email andchat, providing product and service information to our clients
Experience in customer service is a plus
Applicants with no experience / fresh grads with excellentcommunications skills are welcome
