Data Management Assistant - Canadian Oil & Gas Liability Solutions Company

Lighthouse Liability Solutions - We work with Canadian Oil and Gas firms to help them understand abandonment, reclamation, and clean up liability for their projects "end of life" obligations. We need a detailed orientated Data Management Assistant to compile and organize satellite pictures of our clients assets.

Your job will be to find a satellite view of the client's asset (an oil well or facility) using our software, capturing a screen shot image of the asset, then saving it to a file folder in an organized structure. Each client has ~800 assets. Therefore a the job is best suited for someone with a high attention to detail, very systematic, and someone who doesn't make mistakes.

Requirements:
• Access to a computer with strong internet connection and speed
• Basic computer skills
? Window navigation
? Ability to create file structures
? Ability to find efficient ways of working on the computer
? Use hot keys (ex. Copy and paste, switch windows, etc)
• Ability to Q/C your work
• English spoken and written
• Ability to do repetitive tasks without making mistakes

Job Location: Online
Job Type: Contract/Hourly
Payment: Hourly + Bonus for accurate work

Opportunity to grow:
This is a trial run. If the first few projects go well then the volume of work will increase. If successful, we will be looking to you to hiring your own employees, manage the work from your end, and make a commission off of each of your employees.
