We are looking for someone who has exceptional organization & execution skills

Responsibilities:

- Execute in house Marketing projects & and ensure timely execution
- Liaise with Funnel Builders, editors, and designers to ensure content is prepared timely for Virtual Events, presentations and marketing projects
- Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, and organize chats and, workshops & Q&A sessions
- Help lead and keep our virtual events organized with proper preparation
- Send email & text blasts


What we're looking for MUST HAVE:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Great organization and time management skills
Familiarity and knowledge with Canva and/or Photoshop
Excellent multitasking skills and execution skills
Knowledge of Clickfunnels, Kajabi, Stripe, and digital course creation, zoom
slack/ Upgrade to see actual info

What we are NOT looking for:

This is NOT for you if you do not know about Clickfunnels, Kajabi, or course creation
This is NOT for you if you can not work late on occasions or on weekends in emergency cases
This is NOT for you if you fold under pressure
This is NOT for you if you are not highly organized and motivated
This is NOT for you if you do not like overtime

Also required:

*Pleasant in tone
*Willing and eager to help solve issues
*Trusting and dependable
*Ability to make effective decisions independently
*Must be computer-savvy
*Required to work on Hubstaff with time tracking
*Must speak clear English with the ability to articulate their words.
*No noisy backgrounds.

Some Training will be provided but must already have STRONG Project management skills
