JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently in need of a Full Time Virtual Assistant (Long Term - Real Estate Industry) working home based as part of a team with other home and office based staff.

Standard Working Hours for this position is Monday – Friday 11PM to 8AM (9-5 CST)

This position will be a home-based ROLE, however we are giving preference to applicants within 100km of Manila as we may have times were group staff meetings and events are required.

Please find below a list of some of the tasks that are assigned to this role:
• Does text message follow up for all missed calls on callrail
• Research and prepare mailing lists (Tax delinquent, tax foreclosure, probate, divorce, evictions)
• Update website with status of sold properties to pending and sold
• Confirms that all callrail numbers are working properly once a week
• Prepare contracts
• Set and confirmed appointments with sellers and buyers
• Tracks marketing campaigns in podio
• Order marketing campaigns
• Preparing and organize closings
• Confirms daily appointments
• Send SMS text message blast to SMS subscribers
• Add new subscribers parentheses (Buyer's) to email list
• Processes front end contracts
• Order property title work
• Add properties to website
• Add properties to MLS
• Update Podio
• Coordinate closing with Buyers and seller
• Request had a closing statements prior to closing
• Communicates with Buyer regarding closing
• Files all paperwork in dropbox and Google drive and keep everything organized
• Prepare reports to investors
• Scan email on daily basis and report
• And other Misc tasks

Planned Start Date for this role: 3rd April 2017

Essential Requirements:
-Completed at least 2 years in College, Vocational Diploma, Bachelor’s/College degree holder
-Proficient in using English language both in oral and written - MUST BE FLUENT!
-Can work under pressure with minimal supervision, willing to be trained and open to coaching and feedback.
-Must have experience with MS Office Suite, Live Chat, CRM,and Call Center applications.
-At least 3 years BPO (Voice) experience
-Self-motivated, determined, trust worthy and reliable.

Home-based System Requirements:
- PLDT or GLOBE ADSL or Fiber Connection - minimum 5MBPS (LTE is not powerful enough!)
- Desktop or Laptop that is capable using Zoiper Softphone & Remote Desktop.
