JOB OVERVIEW

The Role:
We're looking to hire 2 people who have excellent communication (written and spoken) skills to manage our outreach emails that we receive everyday. We receive approximately 200-400 emails per day and are looking for someone to follow very strict guidelines on how to reply using our strategy to do the job successfully. You will be able to follow our video tutorial explaining exactly what to do and how we want it done. You just need to be able to read and understand replies from other website owners and be able to communicate effective replies in different situations.

Who Are We:
We're a health website/blog which produces new content everyday and also run websites in other industries too which you will need to manage eventually.

What You Need To Apply:
- Excellent English: Both your written and spoken English should be impeccable. If you're not amazing, you won't be accepted for the job, we'll know straight away so don't bother lying. We need someone who can talk and type with confidence who understands everything that's happening.
- You Need An Excellent Reliable Internet Connection: Internet is key, if it's not reliable and we can't reach you or you report an outage in your first month and you don't have a backup generator you will be let go from your position.
- Reliable And Super Communicative: We have a team of 30 people so we NEED you to always be in the team chat we set you up with. You should always be available to chat with anytime during your shift no matter what.
- Punctual To Work: You need to be starting on time (or early) and finishing on time unless there's something urgent that needs to be handled and be flexible enough to work overtime. You should be willing to go above and beyond to get the work done.
- Confidence: You should be confident to get on a Skype call with the me or the team at anytime during your employment

Bonuses But Not Required:
- If you're familiar with the basics of SEO this will help in your role

The Tools You'll Be Using (Experience Is A Big Bonus)
- Trello
- Slack
- Gmail (All day in gmail)
- Whatsapp
- Excel

Technology You Need:
- Laptop/Desktop with good specifications (fairly fast)
- Smart phone (iPhone/Android) (You'll be required to download certain apps)
- Webcam
- Microphone
- Speakers/Headset

Hours & Compensation:
- Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm Melbourne Australia time Monday to Friday.
- $400 AUD/month (You're paid every 2 weeks on PayPal. You'll send an invoice via Paypal to us then be paid.)
- 30 Minute lunch break (strictly 30mins).
- This is a long term role, if you perform well in the first 6 months, you'll be rewarded based on performance $$.
- We give 13th-month pay to our employees and awesome perks and bonuses.
