Affiliate Marketing and Article Writing

We are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing professional, we have a number of products for sale and you will be working on advertising them through Article writing and Rewriting, Blogging, Social Bookmarking, Link Building, Back Linking, keywords research ,SEO (forum posting, blog commenting, social media marketing) what ever it takes to get our products to sell.

*** THE RATE OF PAY ***Pay will be dependent on how much sales you directly contribute to. Depending on your skills and experience you should be able to regularly make sales and expect 30,000 PHP/month (or more) each month. And you have the potential to earn as much as 90,000 PHP/month if you prove yourself as an asset to the company for several months. If hired you will have a 2 week probationary period to prove your skills and worth to the company. After this period your salary will be increased.

Skilled on SEO, Article Writing, Copy Writing, Article Spinning Using Best Spinner, Unique Article Wizard, Affiliate Marketing. Video Transcription and video creation using ANIMOTO. Optimizing, Data Entry, Blogging, Forum Posting, Virtual Assistant, Keyword Research, SEO (On-page and Off-page), Word Press, Wordpress Theme Customization, Back Linking, Blogging,
MS Office 2007 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), PPC, Google Adwords, Google Adsense

RELIABLE. This is the most important requirement. If you treat this company like your family the company will take care of you. Reliability is a big part of that. Being in constant contact during working hours VIA skype, MSN or other instant messenger, showing up to work consistently at the same time each day, meeting the deadlines you set, and giving advanced notice of any absence is a guaranteed way to get a pay raise. (However, not doing these things is a guaranteed way to get fired. There is a zero tolerance policy for disappearing during working hours without prior notice) If you are having issues with meeting a deadline or are unsure about how to proceed with a given task please let me know I don't ever yell at staff. As long as you just come to me and tell me what the problem is straight away you won't get in trouble. Like I said, we're a family and we like to help each other out.

DESIRE FOR A LONG TERM POSITION AND ADVANCEMENT. This is a long term position. I'm looking for someone that wants to grow with the company over the next few years. I'm a very generous person when it comes to paying employees. I frequently give out bonuses and large raises several times a year depending on performance. If you're showing up to work on time each day, are in contact contract via msn or skype messenger during working hours, never disappear without notice and are meeting deadlines that you've set and your work is good you WILL be rewarded and will make a lot more money. As mentioned before, I have no problem doubling your salary after a couple months if you've proven yourself to be an asset to this company. However, if you're only looking for a short term job that you can work on inconsistently whenever the mood strikes you just to make a few bucks ? please look elsewhere, this job is not for you.
