JOB OVERVIEW

The Main Task is Customer Service, which means you have to work in the late evening shift for Philippine time.

3 Days a week You will be calling customers asking for feedback on their purchase using an App on your phone so Good Internet Connection is Vital.

There are customer service emails to answer, it's mostly less than 10 messages a day, template will be provided and if there is any question you can always ask me.

Though Customer Service is your main roll that takes only 15-20% off your time. So I will be giving you odd online jobs but mostly I will require you to write for
wordpress blogs, create posts for social pages via an online software.

You have to be a good creative write, obviously you have to be good on the phone for customer service. and need to be able to learn and grow the company with me.

Summary of the Job Requirements:

Task Includes but not limited to:
• Access Database of Customer and Use VoIP software to Call Customer
• Management of Wordpress ecommerce websites: Blogging, Content creating using easy video software, Content sharing using mulit-social post software, emailing and customer service of those websites
• Study and Learn about the Product we sell and find advertising and sales opportunity for company growth
• Compiling Customer Review Report for Management once a week
• Compiling Task Report and Schedule projects
• Write Email and Send using Mautic (emailing software)

Following up on Leads and New Projects as the company grow

Core Competency Required:
Fluent English for Phoning Customer Service - at least 1 hour a day.
Using Online Software - like mautic, wordpress, social websites and social posting sites
Creating and Following SOPs with Management
Creating and Followup on Task with Management
Knows how to use excel and wordpress

Quick Learner, Adaptable to New Projects, Follow Through on Task
