VA - Customer Service

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who has experience in customer service and online e-commerce.

The job scope consists of:
1. Email, WhatsApp or voice communication with customers and vendors
2. Process orders from the purchases that ours customers make in our online store
3.Research & upload new products to our online store and maintain our store products list
4. Manage the social media engagement in our online advertisements on Facebook and other platforms
5. Manage the social media of our Facebook Page

Some requirements are:
1. Be an EXPERT in written and spoken English
2. Be able to work 9am to 5pm EST, which is 10pm to 6am GMT+8 (not mandatory but a plus)
3. Always respond within 5 minutes on Skype during work hours
4. Focus on results and revenue generation
5. Self motivated, organized and 100% results oriented
6. Must be able to research and find solutions on his own
7. Must be very responsible and organized
8. Must be familiar with online sales & eCommerce
9. Must be familiar with SHOPIFY
10. Must be familiar with Digital Marketing & Social Media (Facebook, Instagram,…)
11. Must be good with Excel, Spreadsheets and data in general (it is a must to be familiar with Google Drive)
12. Must be familiar with AliExpress
13. Graphics Design and Video Editing knowledge and experience is a plus
14. Previous experience working on a Shopify Store is a plus
