I need someone to build a real estate agent website for me.

I need a word press site set up with a basic landing page, I need SEO done with keywords and text that will be provided. I also need to integrate a plug in which will allow clients to list their property on the local real estate MLS system. I also need a pay pal or credit card functionality so that customers can pay. I need a second page that will also be a landing page for gas and oil leases.
