JOB OVERVIEW

Mainly administrative. The main purpose of this job will serve for you to keep me out of my mortgage loan files and effectively manage a pipeline of growing customers that have applied for residential home loans.

This person will learn and use minimal CRM systems, software and PC talents used in the Real Estate industry in order to meet expectations in Prospecting and telemarketing to new and old clients.

Priority duties to include the taking surveys on new or existing clients. This task is very limited and only meant to assist us in keeping up with some of the Leads we have coming in on a daily basis.

This person will periodically check emails, responding to emails and send emails out to all parties involved within the loan process. Calling on realtors in the local area to assist us in developing relationships and setting up lunch appointments will be included in job description from time to time.

Throughout each day In real time, during our working day you would be required to complete working tasks to assist our team in the processing of mortgage loans. We do this through apps such as VOXER, VOIP, and shared CRM systems. This will include collecting information from borrowers, title companies, realtors and then organizing this information for underwriting reveiw. Communication and interaction to the employee, bank, customers and realtors should be expected and completed within time frames set forth.

Some other tasks you will be asked to do will include the writing of thank you cards and executing other personalized marketing items to be sent to individual customers and to new and existing client realtor relationships. Future tasks to include lite social media marketing.

We can offer training on some of the above to the right person.

There is a possibility for Bonuses and Commissions in the future.
