Urgent! Looking for a SEO Specialist

We run a successful digital marketing agency here in Melbourne, Australia.
We are URGENTLY in need to hire a Full-time SEO Specialist with the following qualifications:

1. Help Analyze, Review and Implement changes needed for a website to be optimized for search engines
2. Must have knowledge with Wordpress Websites.
3. Must be familiar with SEO plugins (ex. SEO Yoast, WP Rich Snippets or other related plugins)
4. Be able to write content for the client site with the correct keyword density and knows the importance of H tags (h1 to h6)
5. Must be able to review the internal linking of pages in a website
6. Must be able to check the broken links and images in a website
7. Can optimize images for faster loading speed of a website
8. Must be able to review all the contents of the website if not keyword stuffed (edited)
9. Can do blog commenting.
10. Must have a knowledge with Google Analytics and Google Webmasters
11. Must be able to send detailed and well-organised reports of his/her work.
