Responsibilities:

- Will assist operations officer and marketing manager to to manage order fulfillment, marketing tasks, and day-to-day operations of the company. Galleon specializes in selling products that are not available in the Philippines by importing them from the U.S. This role is responsible for ensuring that all the teams comply with the processes and policies and tracking financial transactions involved in business operations.


Requirements:

- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- OJT position(s) available.

Key Accountabilities

- Assisting in Order Fulfillment Process
- Assisting the financial transactions involved in sales, purchasing and logistics
- Monitoring of customer service queries
- Assisting in Marketing tasks, projects and campagins both online and offline

Key Skills and Experience

- Results Driven
- Research experience (not required but recommended)
- Proactive in identifying opportunities
- Self-motivated, with ability to work on own
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Ability to work at a fast pace maintaining an eye for detail
- Online savvy
- Experienced in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
- High Fluency in English (Required)
