JOB OVERVIEW

I have a growing digital marketing business and need a dedicated virtual assistant to handle a variety of tasks.

I’m looking for someone highly skilled who can be my ‘right hand person’ and is extremely organized, flexible, very proactive, meticulous, responsive, a great communicator, positive, polite, motivated and strategic! Fluent English is a requirement since you will be emailing and talking with US based clients.

I am looking for someone who has understands digital marketing or who wants to learn new skills & gain experience. Having some experience with SEO, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Wordpress, Amazon, Etsy, or Shopify will be a huge plus or if you are willing to learn and implement.

While the business is growing, I am looking for support on the following:
- Keeping me on track with to-do lists and making sure everything gets done on time
- Installing efficient processes
- General admin tasks: proof reading, invoicing clients, researching online, etc.
- Answer customer and client emails and general email enquiries, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Inbound Client Call Handling
- Outbound Calling
- Data Entry
- Scheduling social media posts and videos
- Writing up checklists and procedures based on videos that I record
- Using wordpress to update blog posts, add images to posts etc.
- Putting together project timelines for key projects and keeping tabs on what needs to be done, by whom
- Helping hire virtual employees: writer, graphic designers, web developers, etc.

Skills needed:
- Fluent English reading and writing
- Understanding written instructions

- High level of organization and ability to prioritize

This role is one in which the right candidate can excel and eventually become a Project Manager / Operations manager and take an integral part of the running and operation of the business.

Must be dedicated and available and follow fixed hours of working.

I am looking to pay you a salary + bonuses.

1) How would you describe your level of English? E.g. basic, intermediate, fluent, very fluent, native.

2) When can you start work on this job?

3) What are your available working hours? I.e. which days of the week, how many hours? What times and timezone?

4) Are you available to work on the weekends if needs be?

5) Do you have any other commitments? I.e. do you have a full or part time study or job? Or do you have other clients that you are working with?

6) How is your ability to meet deadlines? And how flexible are you if I need something to be done within say 24 hours? Would that be possible for you to do?

7) How responsive are you? Immediately, within one hour, within 6 hours, within one day?
