JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

My name is Mike and I am the owner and founder of an internet marketing company.

I have a team of 4 employees and we do great work.

I am looking for a personal virtual assistant to help me with a variety of tasks. Everything from managing my calendar to helping keep our personal and business budget up to date.

Basically help me run my life :)

I need someone who is smart, competent, and can follow directions. I need someone that I can rely on to help me with some of the most important things in my life. As a result you must be extremely trust worthy, honest, and ensure that I can count on you.

I am looking for someone long term, not some temporary gig. I am also looking for someone that has experience in this type of job and can do a number of different tasks.

Here are some examples of tasks you would help me with:

- Managing my calendar
- Keeping my YNAB budgeting software up to do for both business and personal
- Helping with email
- Assigning projects in project management software
- helping manage email (not sure how but if you have done this it would be helpful)
- assigning writing tasks in online systems (I will teach you how)
- working with our team to accomplish many things on my behalf
- Sending cards out with Send Out Cards
- Keeping my on schedule and aware of what my upcoming projects/tasks are
- Putting proposals together (HUGE and IMPORTANT)
- Keyword and online research for potential clients
- Helping create and hire new people for our team (in Online Jobs)
- Potentially calling clients/prospects on my behalf to work on scheduling etc.
- Helping create keynote slides for my speaking gigs
- Many other duties.
- Proof reading documents
- Helping invoice clients
- be my "voice" in emails
- online ordering

I don't need someone who can do everything above right away, I do need someone with experience that I can count on and train over time with video, and talking to them.

Here are some MUSTS for me:

Must speak fluent English and write amazing English too
Must be trustworthy
Must be available during our daytime
Must have fast internet connection and great mobile phone service
Must be able to take calls from me through out the day
Must be extremely organized ( I am not and I am asking for help)
Must be willing to learn new things
Must be able to speak great english so you can talk on the phone for me (not sales, no cold calling)
Must have experience in this type of job

I know this is a lot of "musts" but I am looking for a great person to join my team to fill a very important role.
