We are looking for qualified people with advanced knowledge and experience with web design and graphic work

* Must know PSD to XHTML

Requirements:

1. You are artistic and creative
2. You can work independently with instruction
3. You understand the principles of design and balance
4. You pride yourself on your high-end graphic work
5. Bachelor's degree in Design or related field of study.
6. 5+ years experience in commercial web design.
7. You are professional, timely, have good communication
8. You want to further the quality of your design portfolio
9. Web designer that is fluent in markup and will provide deliverables in valid XHTML FYI : If you do not do your own html to are a graphic designer - not a web designer
10. YOU DO NOT DISAPPEAR

Be able to:

1. Design landing pages and squeeze pages
2. Banners
3. Ebooks
4. Design PDFs and print work
5. Create a corporate identity, logo, letter head, print, ect
6. Design with flash
7. Typography

Bonuses:

1. You know how to code
2. You know how to customize wordpress templates
4. Video editing
