Internet Marketing Project Manager, Team Leader

We are looking for a project manager to join our fast growing internet company.

The applicant needs to possess exceptional written and spoken English skills, have prior experience in project management and have been working inside the online industry for a period of time.

Prior experience is a must and applicants without a proven background will be released immediately.

Prism Media is a fast growing company providing done-for-you online marketing services for other businesses throughout Australia and the world. You will be entering into an established organisation with a clear direction and a focus on long term goals with many projects already underway.

Prism Media are looking to recruit individuals from the following cities only:
• Iloilo
• Cebu
• Manila

In order to qualify for this position, the candidates need to meet the following criteria:
• The ideal candidate must have outstanding written and spoken English skills and be able to work independently once a task has been set.
• The candidate must be university qualified, Bachelors of Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology with a Project Management major or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 1 years experience in online marketing, ideally in a project management position. Experience in Wordpress, developing SEO strategies and content creation will be looked upon kindly.
• This company has an open door policy, so you must be able to communicate clearly with the rest of the team and also enjoy working in a team environment.
• The candidate must be able to lead and teach a team efficiently. The candidate will be required to create training material and conduct training of the other staff.
• The candidate must own their own microphone with a headset or speakers.
• Skype installed and working on your PC.
• Be running Windows XP, Vista or 7 in order to use some programs supplied.
• Have a fully functioning PC without any issues. You will be required to submit the specs of your computer. (Individuals operating from a netbook or equivalent low power laptop need not apply.)
• You must have a DSL connection.
• You must live in an area that does not suffer many power outages during the week if possible.
• Be able to work during the day Monday – Friday (9am PH time onwards.)
• To be paid, the candidate must have a Paypal account set up, or be able to set one up immediately to be paid.

FULL training is provided immediately upon joining the company and bonuses are paid to the team throughout the year for meeting the required deadlines and tasks set to them.
