This part-time leading to full-time position is for a Google Ads Specialist & Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join our trailblazing team where innovation meets excellence.

We possess our own digital marketing analytics platform which provides more in-depth insights and data than Google Analytics.

You must be available to work full-time between 8 am and 4 pm Central Standard Time Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management:
- Create, implement, and manage innovative Google Ads campaigns.
- Perform advanced keyword research, develop compelling ad copy, and analyze performance metrics.
- Optimize campaigns for peak performance, including strategic bid management and budget allocation.
- Deliver insightful performance reports and actionable recommendations.

Digital Marketing Data Analysis:
- Leverage Google Analytics (GA4) and similar tools to track, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance.
- Leverage our custom data analytics platform for gaining insights into the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts, generate reports and identify conversion optimization opportunities.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance marketing strategies.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Develop how-to guides, videos and handouts for our internal team and clients to better utilize our custom data analytics
platform.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive data-driven strategies.

- Contribute to the development and execution of other digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights to improve overall digital marketing performance.

Expertise and Skills:
===============

- Demonstrated experience as a Google Ads Specialist and Digital Marketing Data Analyst.
- Expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Manipulate CSV files, Google Sheets and using functions and formulas.
- Proven experience with keyword research, Google ad copy creation, and campaign optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers effectively.
- Full-time availability from 8 am to 4 pm Central Standard Time (Costa Rica).
- Microphone and camera required for all meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience with additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
