As an experienced Transaction Coordinator in the state of Georgia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions from contract to closing. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Transaction Management:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Liaise between real estate agents, clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
Document Preparation and Review:
Prepare and review contracts, addendums, and other transaction-related documents.
Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction.
Provide regular updates to clients, agents, and other stakeholders on the status of transactions.
Timeline Management:
Monitor and enforce timelines to ensure timely completion of all transaction milestones.
Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
Compliance:
Stay current on real estate regulations and ensure transactions adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Verify all documentation complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the transaction process.

Requirements
Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly.
Has at least 1 year experience with Georgia State Compliance
