Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Lead BI Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow with us. As a Lead BI Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making, and supporting various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and other BI tools.
Analyze data from Google Analytics to provide insights and recommendations.
Create and manage complex Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.
Communicate findings and insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting processes and data visualization techniques.
Take ownership of BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Google Sheets.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take ownership and work independently as well as part of a team.
A passion for learning and growing within the business intelligence field.
Experience with SQL and data warehousing solutions (e.g., BigQuery) is a plus.
Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
