We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team. You will be following up within our crm from past leads, who at one time were interested in selling but have fallen off a bit, we are looking to reengage them and convert them back to warm leads. You will also be responsbile for Lead generation in several key ways. Utilizing social media to connect with wholesalers, and others in investor groups, building lists so we can see more deals. You will also be looking for on market deals using the mls and sites like zillow. targeting as-is, handyman specials, long days on market etc. You will also help support our disposition manager in prescreening and reaching out to buyers for our targeted markets. We will work with you to help set revenue targets, that you will get bonuses for hitting certain numbers!
