Personal/Commercial Lines Insurance VA

The Personal/Commercial Lines Insurance Virtual Assistant supports insurance agents and brokers by managing administrative tasks, customer interactions, and policy management activities. This role involves assisting with client inquiries, processing insurance applications, handling renewals, and providing support throughout the claims process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient with technology, and capable of delivering high-quality customer service in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

· Check carrier sites for past dues.

· Enter past due data into Agency Zoom.

· Welcome Campaign for new clients

o Set up new client in Hawksoft

o Send welcome email & ID cards

o Send docusign

o Underwriting trailing documents

· Send Cancellation forms/docusigns

· Agency Zoom Automation – Testing the automation after it is built

· Responding to Google Reviews from clients

· Mortgagee changes

· Lien holders

· Enter underwriting follow up into Agency Zoom

· Assisting with creating marketing materials using Canva and Vistaprint.

· Rewrites and Renewals - prepping quotes

o Enter information into EZ Lynx and/or carrier sites.

o Generating quote

o Creating side by sides

o Sending quotes and side by sides to agent upon completion



Ideal Candidate:

· Experience working with the AMS: Hawksoft and EZ Lynx rater is a must

· Insurance experience – working with independent agencies

· Experience generating quotes in the following carrier sites: Auto Owners, Westfield, and Progressive/ASI

· General knowledge of how to use Agency Zoom

· Good – Excellent use of English and grammar

· Comfortable with working independently w/limited oversight or assistance needed.

· Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Comfortable with change and willingness to learn new things

· Strong ability to multi-task
